To reinforce our marketing team we would like to find a high level proactive UXer with deep knowledge of FX industry, user experience research best practices and willingness to bring tangible deliverables to the table.

• 5+ years of relevant UX/product design experience (Mobile+web) in an international environment (Experience with brokerage/investment platforms – at least as a user. Good understanding of financial markets)

• UX/product design success stories (strong portfolio demonstrating that ease of use made significant difference in B2C area);

• Familiarity with UX/wireframing/prototyping and visual design software;

• Experience with product analytics (both qualitative and quantitative methods) and general proficiency with numbers

• Ability to present research results and your ideas about how to improve customer journey experience to key stakeholders with proper justification for the solution;

• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills;

• Proactive learner and team player;

• Fluent Russian and English (any other languages will be considered a plus).

• Provide meaningful research revealing key users’ needs;

• Develop sound user-experience strategies;

• Create and validate design concepts, interactive prototypes, mockups and wireframes to simplify clients’ journeys;

• Design clear/understandable UX and UI specs to communicate requirements to web programmers, UI designers and other key stakeholders

• Present/sell design solutions to colleagues

• Create and support the design system that would allow us to speed up the development of both internal and customer-facing systems.

• Promote customer-centric approach and collaborate with the whole company to keep our customers first

• With high probability your first project will be related with redesigning of back office app as it will help you to learn more about the business and to manage relationships with key stakeholders. We hope that due to your efforts we will be able to integrate valuable changes in 1-2 months perspective to focus on clients experience improvements later.

We are looking for highly competent Currency Researchers/Strategists who can combine strong analytical skills with a flair for writing/editing. Such experts are the core specialists of any mature Forex company; we are therefore prepared to recruit star talents and offer special employment conditions.

To produce analytical research and to write reports concerning Forex market trends on a daily and monthly basis. The main focus of the successful candidates will be on market-moving events concerning G7 countries, exotic currencies (including cryptocurrencies), precious metals and СFDs.

• Providing trustworthy forecasts based on quantitative analysis and financial modeling

• Creating outstanding digital content focused on an English speaking audience (Forex traders)

• Writing daily news and long reads, blogging and SMM (considered an advantage)

• a native level of English (or very close to it);

• strong writing/editorial and analytical skills;

• the ability to generate valuable and easy-to-use content;

• a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Forex market analytical research and editing/writing;

• an adequate portfolio proving outstanding experience;

• good interpersonal skills to become an organic part of our multinational team.
